Erica Kendrick’s FiredPetalsStudio bridges softness and strength, heritage and innovation. Her hand-built ceramic sculptures—roses, crowns, and hat vessels—feature metallic charcoal, rich glazes, and floral patterns that reflect Black culture, memory, and resilience. Erica’s art reinterprets feminine adornment as powerful monuments to Black womanhood, blending cultural storytelling with artistic mastery. Her background as an art educator and community leader enriches each piece’s impact beyond sculpture to legacy.
